Maryland Slip and Fall Accidents

When I got on the metro this morning, I saw huge puddles of water on the platform and, at four edges, I saw wet floor warning signs. My husband remarked that anyone could see how often people do not see what others assume is obvious.
On a daily basis I get calls from people that have fallen and hurt themselves on something that others thought was obvious. I tend to get the calls where the system has failed and someone is suffering because of it. The problem is that the unsuspecting victim is the one who is forced to bear the cost of missed work and medical bills. It is always important to ensure that consumers are properly protected.
