Chamille Kittles

Chamille Kittles is in charge of the personal injury practice group at Price Benowitz LLP. She is able to practice law in Maryland and Washington, DC. Ms. Kittles has extensive experience with personal injury litigation in the area. Prior to joining Price Benowitz, she was an associate at Bonner, Kiernan, Trebach & Crociata, LLP in the District of Columbia, and before that she was an attorney with Hamilton, Altman, Canale & Dillon, LLC which is located in Bethesda, Maryland. Ms. Kittles managed all aspects of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation for both of those firms.

Ms. Kittles received her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law, after graduating from Brown University with a B.A. in International Relations and Economics.

Rabihah Scott

Rabihah Scott is a personal injury attorney at Price Benowitz LLP where she assists clients in Maryland and Washington, DC. She is a firm believer in giving personal and dedicated attention to all of her clients. She is available to them twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. She is even available to meet with clients at their homes.

Before joining Price Benowtiz LLP, Ms. Scott worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance in the company's Personal Injury Department. After working for Liberty Mutual, she spent four years at Ashcraft & Gerel where she worked in personal injury law.

Ms. Scott attended and graduated with honors from Seton Hall University. She earned her JD from the American University Washington College of Law.

David Benowitz

David Benowitz is a founding partner of Price Benowitz LLP. He has more than 13 years of experience as a Washington, DC attorney. He was a Criminal Defense Attorney/Staff Attorney at the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, recognized as the top criminal public defender office in the country, from 1995-2001, where he represented clients in the litigation of serious juvenile and adult criminal matters including first degree murder, first degree sexual abuse, and armed robbery.

Mr. Benowitz obtained an LLM. in Trial Advocacy in 2006 from Temple University's Beasley School of Law. In addition, he graduated near the top of his class at George Washington Law School in 1995 where he participated in the DC Law Students in Court Program and was a member of the George Washington Law Review and the Moot Court Board.

Mr. Benowitz graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1991 with honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors American History.

Seth Price

Seth Price is a founding and managing partner of Price Benowitz LLP.

Mr. Price is an AV rated attorney who has earned a perfect 10/10 by AVVO and was named one of the top 50 lawyers in the Northeast by Amtrak Magazine.

Mr. Price has recently stepped down after 6 years as the Board Chair of KIPP Baltimore, the Maryland branch of the highly successful charter school network. Recently, he has been asked to serve as Board Chair for Ed Village, which is helping to bring the best teaching practices to schools around the globe.

Mr. Price is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and the State of New York. He graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Price received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics and International Relations.
