John Yannone

John Yannone has over 25 years of experience litigating for his clients and a successful track record of obtaining the best possible result. He understands that oftentimes a case must be brought to trial if it cannot be settled outside of court, in order for his client to receive everything they are entitled to.

Mr. Yannone is a litigator first and foremost, understands that many times a case has to be brought before a judge or jury in order to obtain the best results possible, and has litigated hundreds of cases to successful conclusion. His experience in this arena has enabled him to collect millions of dollars on behalf of his clients over the course of his career. He has been a long time advocate for victims of injury in medical malpractice, defective products, serious auto and work injury cases. Mr. Yannone was admitted to practice in 1987 after graduating from the Baltimore University School of Law.

He graduated cum laude from Loyola University in 1983. He is admitted in the State of Maryland and District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
